From a two-person lab to a global product team
Machxel started as a small research-and-engineering studio helping startups turn machine learning ideas into working products. Word spread, and the same discipline soon served retailers, banks, healthcare providers, and logistics companies.
Today we are a distributed team of AI engineers, data scientists, full-stack developers, and designers working across time zones with one shared rule: every sprint ends with something a user can touch. We stay small enough that senior people do the work, and structured enough that nothing slips through the cracks.
